“In January of 2015, Polymer Solutions hired Clinton Movers to handle our company’s move from Blacksburg to our brand new headquarters in Christiansburg, VA. As logistics coordinator for the move, I was (sensibly) anxious and prepared for the worst-case scenario. I estimated a 4-5 day move for our office and common areas for a workplace of 35 employees. Clinton Movers demolished this estimate in handling our entire move in less than 12 hours! This not only saved us $4k in estimated moving costs, it saved us in manpower necessary for other aspects of the move!
The Movers were incredibly personable and friendly and they KNOW what they’redoing. There was no question regarding how to maneuver, load, or carry anything. “A little over a year ago your company moved my husband, Dennis, and me to Cary, NC. And I realized I never wrote to you of our experience. We decided to have your company move us based upon several factors, including price, our reading of reviews, testimonials, etc. And we were not disappointed.
We had not moved in over 30 years. We did serious thinning of our household goods, which took much of our time. Because we are older, we did not pack everything ourselves. So we had Kaye and his crew pack a little less than half our belongings. We have them to pack our most fragile and special things, including artwork, crystal, and china. They handled everything with such care. We had no breakage or damage. We were surprisingly relaxed about our move, but Kaye and crew were the “antidote” to any residual stress. They presented an efficient, but warm presence. They were just the people we needed for our move.
Everyone should have a move like ours. And movers like ours! We were then able to joyfully drive to NC to begin a new chapter of our lives—living closer to our family. The move-in at our new home went just as smoothly. As the guys from Clinton’s Transfer & Storage drove off, back to Blacksburg, we were sad to see them go.
